NEWARK, NJ – Youth and adult tennis lessons will be offered on The Golden Dome Tennis Courts beginning in June and continuing through August!
Youth lessons for age groups six to eight years of age, nine to 11, 12 to 14 and 15 to 17 will be offered during three 10-day camp sessions: June 29 – July 10, July 27 – August 7, August 10-21. A pre-tennis program for children three to five years of age will be conducted from 8:45 to 9:15 a.m. on each Monday and Wednesday of each session. Tuition for a full two-week session if $250 with the option of attending for one week costing $130. The pre-tennis program (for three to five year olds) is $40 for two week and $25 for a single week. Discounts are available for full two-week sessions tuitions paid at least a week in advance.
Beginning at 9 a.m. and finishing each day at noon, the sessions will include skill coaching from experienced instructors as well as the opportunity to play within groups separated by age and ability.
Adult lessons for beginners, intermediate and advance player begin on Monday, June 22. Six lessons will be offered at each level for $85 for Rutgers-Newark Golden Dome Athletic Center members and $140 for the general public.
