Nate Kijpatanasilp fell in a third set tie-breaker and teamed with sophomore
Brendan Francisco to force a tie-breaker in doubles play.
Kijpatanasilp fell in No. 4 singles to the Beavers' David Gaillou, 6-3, 5-7, 10-5, to be the only Scarlet Raider to force a third set. Kijpatanasilp and Francisco lost a 7-2 tie-breaker on the second flight doubles court to CCNY's Steve Tran and Gaillou.
Rutgers-Newark (0-6) will take on City Tech on Tuesday at 4 p.m. on The Golden Dome Courts.
