SPRINGFIELD, MA – Freshman Kevon Brown qualified for the 110-meter hurdle finals while rookie sprinter Saymah Nah ran a personal best in the 100-meter dash during the opening day of the ECAC Outdoor Championships at Springfield College.

Brown ran a 14.94 to place fourth in the hurdle preliminaries and advance to Friday's finals which will be run at noon.

Nah narrowly missed the final field with a time of 12.63 in the 100.

The men's 4 x 100-meter relay team starts a busy day for the Scarlet Raiders at 11 a.m.
