EWING, NJ – Senior
Robert Ezewuiro finished third in the 3000-meter steeplechase as Rutgers-Newark competed in the 2010 New Jersey Athletic Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships at The College of New Jersey.

Ezewuiro clocked a 10:12.57 to earn All-NJAC Honorable Mention in a field of a dozen runners.
Freshman
Kevon Brown placed fifth in both the 110-meter hurdles and the 200-meter dash. He ran a 15.23 in the 110-meter hurdle finals while turning in a time of 23.08 in the 200.
Senior
Nnaemeka Ibeh shaved 1.4 seconds off of his previous season's best time in the 400-meter dash, running a 50.09 to place fifth in the 17-man field. More importantly, he qualifed for the ECAC meet in his specialty for the third time in three years.

Justin Booker ran the first sub-44 second time in Raider history – clocking a time of 43.51 – to punch its ticket for the ECAC Outdoor Championships.
Sophomore
Tcahz Amevor ran a personal-best of 4:23.69 in the 1500-meter run to place 10th.
Rutgers-Newark qualifiers will participate in the ECAC Outdoor Championships on Thursday and Friday at Springfield College.
