NOTES: Two-year letterwinner in cross country as well as indoor and outdoor track & field… R-N record holder indoors in the 3000 and 5000 as well as outdoors in the 10,000.

SENIOR (2009): Top R-N finisher in all but the final race of the season… clocked a school-record 27:29.08 in the 6K to finish 30th in the Stevens Invitational (9/25)… had a 5K season-best time of 24:30.88 in the Cabrini Invitational (10/10).

JUNIOR (2008): Coaches Award winner in women’s cross country… top Raider finisher in every 5K and 6K race… ran second fastest 6K time in R-N history, 28:18.69, to place 27th in the NJAC Championships (11/1).

PERSONAL: An academic senior competing in her final season of cross country… transferred from Bergen Community College where she did not compete in athletics… a native of Brazil who attended the Colegio Militar de Brasilia… majoring in biology at Rutgers-Newark.
