LOGAN TWP., NJ | The Rutgers University-Newark women's cross country squad placed 21st at the NCAA Metro Regional Championships held at Rowan University.

Morgan Marckres record a personal best when she placed 63rd (24:35.4) for the Scarlet Raiders. Zrreyah Moore finished the second highest for Rutgers-Newark with a time of 26:29.2, good for 107th. Emma Lipsky-Portales finished 133rd and recorded a personal best time of 28:01.1 while Precious Kamara also registered a personal best (154th, 29:41.6). Tara Vera joined in on recorded a personal best time when she crossed the finish line in 155th (29:43.3).
