SOPHOMORE (2012-13): OUTDOOR T&F: Honorable Mention All-NJAC as a member of the 4 x 400 relay unit who was the top 200-meter sprinter on the squad… ran the second leg on the 4 x 400-meter relay unit which qualified for the ECAC Outdoor Championships and posted a new R-N record with a time of 3:19.96 to finish third in the NJAC Outdoor Championships (5/5/13)… ran the six fastest 200-meter dash times on the squad topped by a 22.28 clocking at the NJAC Outdoor Championships (5/5/13) which was the ninth fastest time in R-N history… posted a season’s best time of 51.32 in the 400-meter dash at the Roadrunner Invitational (4/6/13)… ran an 11.47 time in the 100-meter dash at the NJ Invitational (4/13/13)… ran the third leg on the 4 x 100-meter relay unit which posted a time of 44-flat at the Danny Curran Invitational (3/29/13)… ran the third leg on the spring medley unit which notched a time of 3:39.44 at the Penn Relays (4/26/13).  INDOOR T&F:First team All-NJAC as a member of the 4 x 200-meter relay team which claimed the first conference relay title in program history… posted the best 400-meter dash time on the squad while also competing in the 60-yard dash… turned in the third leg on the 4 x 200-meter relay unit which finished first in the NJAC Indoor Championships (2/22/13) in an R-N record and ECAC Indoor Championship qualifying time of 1:29.61… ran a personal best time of 50.91 in the 400-meter dash at the NJAC Indoor Championships (2/22/13)… clocked a time of 7.29 at the Gotham Cup (1/11/13)… ran the second leg on the Raiders’ 4 x 400-meter relay unit which posted a best time of 3:26.66 at the NJAC Indoor Championships (2/22/13).

FRESHMAN (2011-12): OUTDOOR T&F: Top Raider sprinter in the 100 and 200 dashes who helped a pair of relay teams to R-N records and ECAC Indoor Championship berths… clocked a season’s best time of 11.28 in the 100-meter dash at the Roadrunner Invitational (4/7/12)… posted the two fastest 100 times on the team for the season… clocked the top five 200-meter dash times by a Raider led by a 22.84 finish at the Roadrunner Invitational (4/7/12)… notched a season’s best time of 54.58 in the 400-meter dash at the Lions’ Invitational (4/28/12)… ran the third leg on the 4 x 100-meter relay unit which posted two ECAC qualifying times… helped 4 x 100 unit post an ECAC qualifying time of 43.54 at the NJAC Outdoor Championships (5/5/12)… helped 4 x 100 team set a new R-N record with an ECAC qualifying time of 43.45 at the Tuppany Twilight Last Chance Meet (5/14/12)… ran the anchor leg on the 4 x 400-meter relay unit which set a new R-N record of 3:24.05 at the NJAC Outdoor Championships (5/5/12)… ran third leg on 4 x 400-meter relay unit which qualified for the ECAC Outdoor Championships with an R-N record time of 3:20.74 at the Tuppany Twilight Last Chance Meet (5/14/12)… ran second leg on 4 x 200-meter relay team which clocked a time of 1:32.72 at the Penn Relays (4/27/12)… ran the lead-off leg of on the sprint medley unit which posted a time of 3:50.60 at the Monmouth Season Opener (3/24/12). INDOOR T&F: Helped 4 x 200-meter relay team qualify for the ECAC Indoor Championships while competing individually in the 60, 200 and 400 dashes… ran second leg on 4 x 200 relay unit which ran an ECAC qualifying time of 1:33.12 at the New Balance Invitational (2/4/12)… ran second leg on 4 x 200 group which posted an R-N record in an ECAC qualifying time of 1:31.65 at the NJAC Indoor Championships (2/24/12).

HIGH SCHOOL: Non-public B indoor state champion sprinter who earned first team All-BCSL honors in 55, 100 and 200-meter dashes… ran for current R-N assistant coach Wayne Brown in high school… also played football for three seasons for the Griffins.

PERSONAL:  Plans to major in journalism at R-N… transferred to R-N in the spring of 2011 from Essex County College where he did not compete in track & field… son of Janice Lawrence.
