PROFILE OF THE WEEK (September 2013)
SOPHOMORE (2013): Figured in the team scoring in all eight meets… top R-N finisher in three meets… notched a personal best 6-K time of 27:52 to pace R-N at the CTC Championships (10/19/13)… led R-N at Belmont Classic (9/28/13) with a personal best 5-K clocking of 23:58.44… top R-N finisher at Northern Grey Classic (10/5/13) in a time of 25:01.44 on the 5-K course.
FRESHMAN (2012): Figured in the team scoring in five of the seven R-N meets… lowered her times in both the 5-K and 6-K distance each time that she competed… posted a season’s best 6-K time of 29:46.30 at the NCAA Atlantic Regional (11/10/12)… ran a season’s best 5-K time of 25:38.71 at the Belmont Classic (9/29/12).
HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner in track & field at Passaic County Tech specializing in middle distance and the triple jump… Principal’s List student who graduated in the top 10% of her class.
PERSONAL: Undecided on major field of study at R-N… daughter of Teresa Parker… has a younger sister (Jordyn)... has earned four letters in indoor and outdoor track & field at R-N as a record setting 400-meter sprinter.
