Ten Kate chose Rutgers University-Newark because of the various cultures that come together creating diversity, equity and inclusion... Ten Kate was awarded by Live to Lover International for most compelling presentation bringing awareness to the severity of human trafficking... Made Dean's List in 2021... Her hobbies include snowboarding, rock climbing, trampoline parks, and reading on the beach... She volunteers for the Power of One in Clifton, NJ and Live to Love International... Her favorites include Cinderella, french toast, and Wilma Rudolph... She wants her teammates to remember her for being a breathing living example of "nothing is impossible".
