2022: Made 16 appearances, starting in 10 games…Had 38 at-bats, hitting 12 times and driving in seven runs…Had a .316 batting average and a .421 slugging percentage…Made only three pitching appearances, giving up one hit and zero runs in 2.1 innings of work.

Personal: Umlauf chose Rutgers University-Newark because of its neuroscience program... Her hobbies include thrifting, running, yoga, snowboarding and knitting... Her favorites are the Harry Potter series and popcorn... Her parents Keith and Meghan both played sports in college with Keith pitching for Air Force Academy and her mom Meghan was a dance major at Florida State... She wants her teammates to remember her for her positive attitude.
