Rutgers-Newark Athletics

JUNIOR (2010): Played in all nine matches in singles and all but one in doubles... rolled to a 6-0, 6-0 win on the No. 3 singles court and joined freshman William Cheung for an 8-1 top-flight doubles victory in the Raiders' season-ending 6-1 win over City Tech.

SOPHOMORE (2009): Registered a 3-2 singles mark for the 5-5 Scarlet Raiders... started the season with consecutive singles wins against Lehman (4/4/09), Caldwell (4/19/09) and Brooklyn College (4/23/09)... went 1-2 in doubles with an 8-0 win on the third flight in a 9-0 team romp over City Tech (4/9/09). 

FRESHMAN (2008): Saw action in three doubles matches for the 6-4 Scarlet Raiders... notched first double victory with Mario Bodoy, 8-6, in an 8-1 win over Bloomfield (4/15/08). 

HIGH SCHOOL: Did not play varsity tennis at North Bergen HS... member of the National Honor Society and recipient of Principal’s Academic Award... two-year president of the Key Club... a member of the school’s Academic Decathlon Team. 

PERSONAL: Plans to major in history at R-N... first name is Nathi, but he prefers to be called Nate.
