SOPHOMORE (2009-10): INDOORS: Ran the five best miles on R-N squad with a personal best of 4:30.34 at the CTC Indoor Championships (2/13) to finish 12th in a field of 25… was third a field of 16 at Springfield Invitational (2/6) with a time of 4:44.30… was seventh among 23 runners at Thomson Invitational (1/30) with a time of 4:41.59… also was a regular on 4 x 800-meter relay unit.
OUTDOORS: Top 1500-meter runner who also ran four of the top five times in the 5000-meter run… clocked personal bests in the 800 and 1500 at the NJAC Outdoor Championships (5/1)… became first Raider to win a 5000-meter race, finishing first in a field of 13 at the Rowan Open (4/9) in a time of 16:43.20… 16:37.01 time at CTC Outdoor Championships (4/18) is just .41 of a second shy of Robert Ezewuiro’s R-N record of 1:36.60 set at the Danny Curran Invitational (3/27/2010).
