2024: Made five appearances off the bench…Did not grab a hit in three at-bats…Recorded one putout and one assist with a .667 fielding percentage.

Personal: Dana Rene is majoring in Biology, hails from New Windsor, NY, and attended Cornwall Central High School. Standing at 5'0", Dana plays as a 3rd baseman for the softball team. Outside of sports, she enjoys cooking and spending time with friends. Her favorite food is lobster, and she's a fan of the artist Drake. Dana chose Rutgers University-Newark for its campus environment and excellent academic support from professors. Her parents, Damian and Dionysia Rene, didn't play sports in college, but her siblings, Deidra and Nina Rene, did. Once she graduates, Dana hopes to be remembered by her teammates for her passion and positive attitude. She's currently affiliated with the Beacon Xtreme club team.
