Hall joined the Scarlet Raiders in 2022 as an assistant coach of the Rutgers University-Newark women's basketball team.
Hall's coaching career began in 2013 where she was the basketball league coordinator of Hoopsville Women's Basketball League based in Nutley, NJ. During the same time, Hall was the assistant girls basketball coach at Montclair High School from September 2013 to March 2015. Hall took the next step after leaving in 2015 to take the assistant coach position at John Jay College. After her stint at John Jay, Hall returned to Montclair High School, this time as the head coach where she held that position from September of 2017 until May 2019.Â
Outside of Rutgers-Newark, Hall played overseas in Puerto Rico and Australia before coming home to United Stats Sports Academy where she is a Post Graduate PhD., Sports Management.Â
