Tiffany Conner is in her first season as a member of the Rutgers University-Newark women's basketball coaching staff in 2015-16.
Conner was a standout student-athlete for the University of South Florida women's basketball program from 2009-2013, helping her squad reach the second round of the NCAA Tournament as a senior. The leading rebounder for the 2011-12 edition of the Bulls and the 2010 Golden Bull Award winner, Conner played in 125 games over the course of her collegiate career, logging nearly 600 minutes. She grabbed 472 rebounds, averaging a career-best 5.91 in 2011-12, and scoring 362 total points.

The Teaneck, N.J. native has an extensive coaching background that began in 2007 as a member of the Garden State Basketball (GSB) program in Bergen County, N.J. In addition to basketball operations, Conner has been the head coach of the seventh grade Sharpshooters team since 2013 and has been an assistant for the high school group as well. Additionally, Conner ran basketball clinics for small groups (10-20) of young women in northern New Jersey the past three years with GSB.

After graduating from from South Florida with a B.A. in Communications, Conner joined the women's basketball coaching staff at Teaneck High School as an assistant and has also worked with young women in a coaching capacity at Superdome Sport in Waldwick, N.J.

In March of 2015, Conner joined the New Jersey Sparks as the head coach of the AAU program's 10th grade team.
