2024: Made four appearances off the bench…Collected 31 total minutes of play, with a season-high 20 against CCNY…Was part of a Scarlet Raiders front line that outscored opponents 15-5.
2023: Appeared in six games in the forward line…Found a season-high 19 minutes against St. Joseph’s Brooklyn…Fired off two shots, both on target…Amassed 55 total minutes.
PERSONAL: Solarte chose Rutgers University-Newark because it has one of the top Criminal Justice programs in the country. Rutgers-Newark is close to home, giving her time to focus on her academics, family and sports all at once. Rutgers-Newark was also able to provide a friendly and welcoming environment that helped her feel at ease with the transition from high school to college. Some of her hobbies include spending time with family and friends, going to the gym and going on adventures... Her favorites include Buffalo Wild Wings, Lionel Messi, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, and Crime Documentaries... She wants her teammates to remember her for her dedication and my discipline on and off the field...
