Stefanie Gomes is in her second season as a member of the Rutgers University-Newark women's soccer coaching staff in 2018.
Gomes was a four-year standout at Montclair State University, helping her teams to four NCAA Tournament appearances and a pair of New Jersey Athletic Conference titles. She was the 2012 NJAC Rookie of the Year.
A Physical Education/Health major at MSU, Gomes is currently the head coach for the U11 Thistle FC team. She spent four years working with youths at the David Masur Soccer Camp, and she also worked as a volunteer assistant with the Verona High School varsity and junior varsity programs.
Gomes assists in all aspects of the Scarlet Raider program.
