NOTES: Two-time Rutgers-Newark Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year (2012-13 and 2013-14)… lettered three times in soccer after playing tennis as a freshman… played in 42 matches… totaled six points on two goals and two assists with one game-winning goal.
 
SENIOR (2013): 2013-14 Rutgers-Newark Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year… Saw action in nine matches with three starting assignments for the 5-14-1 Scarlet Raiders… notched a goal in a 9-0 win over York NY (9/7/13).

SOPHOMORE (2012): 2012-13 Rutgers-Newark Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year… started in nine of the 18 matches in which she appeared for the 4-15-1 Scarlet Raiders… totaled four points on a goal and a pair of assists… put eight of her 11 shots on goal… scored the game-winning goal and added an assist in a 6-0 victory over John Jay (10/8)… assisted on the opening goal in a 3-2 overtime win over Widener (9/7) in the opening round of the Scarlet Raider Soccer Classic.

FRESHMAN (2011): Played in 15 matches, earning a starting assignment in the final match of the season… put all three of her shots on goal.

PERSONAL: Was a member of the Rutgers-Newark women’s tennis squad in 2010… was a member of the San Giusto Club team in Italy… mother is Sybil Smoot… father is Massimo Palchetti… siblings are Bittorio and Vieri… majoring in criminal justice and political science at R-N… nickname is Val.
