FRESHMAN (2009): Took five of her finals six singles matches in dual match competition to finish with an overall mark of 7-7... also won three of her final four doubles contests of the season... capped her rookie season by winning in singles and doubles in a 6-3 loss at Western Connecticut.
HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner in tennis at Clifton HS under coach Chad Cole... also played basketball during her freshman, sophomore and junior years for the Mustangs... National Honor Society member who received Distinguished Academic Award all four years in high school.
PERSONAL: Plans to major in finance at R-N... daughter of Peggy and John Salierno... has two older sisters, Sonya and Eva, and one older brother, John... sister Eva played tennis at NJIT.
