SOPHOMORE (2010-11):  INDOORS:  Set R-N records in the 200 and 400 dashes while also clocking team-best times in the 55 and 60… NJAC Indoor Track Athlete of the Week (Jan. 9)… qualified for the ECAC Indoor Championships in the 55 and 400… ran three sub-minute 400s topped by an R-N record 59.38-second effort in the Armory Collegiate Challenge… blazed to an R-N record 26.17-second 200 time in the ECAC Indoor Championships… notched three sub-27-second 200 times… challenged her own R-N record in the 60 with clockings of 8.17 in the preliminaries and 8.15 in the finals at the Metro Coaches Invitational to post the second and third fastest times in program history… qualified for ECACs with a 7.54-second time in the 55 at the Springfield Invitational #3.  OUTDOORS:  Set R-N records in the 100, 200 and 400… qualified for the ECAC Outdoor Championships in all three events… owns all of the top 10 times in R-N history in both the 100 and 200 while notching three of the top 10 clockings in the 400… NJAC Female Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week (March 27)… blazed to an R-N record time of 12.60 seconds to finish third among 28 competitors at the Monmouth Season Opener… also was third among 52 sprinters in the 200 at the Monmouth Season Opener with an R-N record time of 26.13 seconds… posted an R-N record 59.44-second 400 time at the Roadrunner Express, finishing sixth in a field of 16.

FRESHMAN (2009-10): INDOORS: Lowered R-N records in the 55-meter and 60-meter dashes and qualified for the ECAC Indoor Championships in both the 55 and 200... ran a 7.43-second 55 meters at the ECAC Championships (3/6/2010) to break R-N record and place 10th in a field of 24... has the two fastest 60-meter dash times in school history, including a school-record 8.10 clocking at the New Balance Invitational (2/5/2010)... also ran opening leg on 4 x 200-meter relay unit which clocked an R-N record time of 1:48.21 in the NJAC Indoor Championships (2/22/2010)... was regular second leg on 4 x 400-meter relay team which clocked a best time of 4:29.73. OUTDOORS: Posted R-N records and qualified for both the ECAC Outdoor Championships in the 100-meter and 200-meter dashes... clocked the eight fastest times in the 100 in the four-year history of the women's program... posted the six fastest times in the 200... ran a school-record 12.63 100-meter time in the ECAC Outdoor Championships (5/13/2010)... clocked a 26.26 for an R-N record in the 200 at the Delaware State Invitational (5/1/2010)... ran the second leg on the Raiders' 4 x 400-meter relay unit which had a best time of 4:13.91 in at the Penn Relays (4/23/2010).

HIGH SCHOOL: 2008 Female Athlete of the Year at Immaculate Conception HS where she was indoor and outdoor track as well as cheerleading team MVP as a senior… 2007 Female Runner of the Year for the Lions as well as the Coaches Award winner in cheerleading. 

PERSONAL: Daughter of Jestina and Albert Nah… has an older brother, Eric, and a younger sister, Rardnina.
