NEWARK, N.J. (October 4, 2017) - The Rutgers University-Newark women's soccer match against The City College of New York has been postponed. CCNY does not have enough players for the contest to be played. The school's are working on a suitable date to reschedule the game, but it is highly unlikely one is found.

Rutgers-Newark is currently 8-5-0 overall and 2-2-0 in the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC). The Scarlet Raiders will return to action Saturday night at 7:30 p.m. against Stockton University in a key NJAC showdown.
