NEWARK, N.J. (September 14, 2017) – In our latest episode of The RUNdown at www.rutgersnewarkathletics.com, Head Women's Soccer Coach Ariana Ruela talks about the Scarlet Raiders' strong start to 2017, what is going right and what the squad needs to keep doing in order to have a successful 2017.
 
Rutgers-Newark is coming off a 5-0 shutout of Neumann University Wednesday and will put a four-match winning streak on the line Saturday in the team's New Jersey Athletic Conference opener at Rutgers University-Camden.
 
R-N has outscored the opposition 12-2 on its current streak with all four triumphs coming on the road. Two wins have come via the shutout and the other two have come in overtime.
