NEWARK, N.J. (September 11, 2018) - Due to an unplayable field at the College of Mount Saint Vincent in Riverdale, N.Y., the Rutgers University-Newark women's soccer match against the Dolphins - originally scheduled to be played at Mount Saint Vincent on Wednesday evening - will be played Thursday in Newark on Frederick Douglass Field. Kickoff is slated for 6 p.m.

The Scarlet Raiders will bring a record of 2-1-1 into Thursday's action, and the match will be the team's final tuneup for New Jersey Athletic Conference play which begins Saturday night against nationally-ranked No. 4 The College of New Jersey in Newark. After an 0-1-1 start to the year, the Scarlet Raiders have pitched a pair of shutouts on their home turf to build some momentum.
