Rutgers University-Newark (9-7-2, 1-4-2) put three of their five shots on target in tonight's New Jersey Athletic Conference game against William Paterson University (6-7-2, 2-4-1). The Pioneers tallied eight shots and put half of them on target with three of the four finding the back of the net. Â
The Pioneers were first on the board in the 32nd minute of the opening half. Danielle Dachowski took one touch inside the 18-yard box and found the top left corner of the goal to give her team the lead in the first half.Â
