Women's Cross Country Rutgers-Newark Athletic Communications

#RUNWXC Races to 6th Place at the NJAC Championships

EWING, NJ | The Rutgers University-Newark women's cross-country squad raced to a 6th place finish at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championship meet this morning held at TCNJ.

Zrreyah Moore, as she has done all season, paced the Scarlet Raiders with a time of 26:14.6. Following Moore across the finish line was Zahkyrah Carter who recorded a time of 26:27.2 while Brooke Bachia was the third scoring Scarlet Raider with a time of 27:44.5. Brya Byrd scored for the Scarlet Raiders after sprinting past the finish line for a time of 28:46.5. Selene Guner rounded out the scoring for Rutgers-Newark by recording a time of 33:44.1.
