Rutgers-Newark Men's Track & Field Races at the Oscar Moore Invitational

GLASSBORO, NJ | The Rutgers University-Newark men's track & field team participated at the Oscar Moore Invitational today held at Rowan University.

Jaheim Wimberly-Cole finished in 16th in the 100m dash with a time of 12.16 while Diego Gomes took 22nd with a time of 12.80. In the 110m hurdles, Kraig Ruff took 4th with a finish of 15.97 with Rauly Cordero finishing close behind in 8th with a time of 18.05.

The Scarlet Raiders put two runners in the top-35 in the 200m dash in Rendell Amilcar (27th, 24.28) and Cedric Augustin (32nd, 24.58). In the 400m dash, Amilcar and Cedric Augustin clocked times that put them in the top-15. Amilcar finished in 11th with a time of 54.08 and Augustin took 14th with a time of 54.53.

Emmanuel Boone gave the Scarlet Raiders a 38th place finish in the 800m with a time of 2:16.80. Maninder Singh was the lone runner for the Scarlet Raiders in the 1500m and took 34th with a time of 4:30.62. In the 3000m, Henry Moore ran well and finished 6th in 9:09.14 while Adam Abushanab finished in 12th with a time of 9:15.84.

In the javelin throw, Sean Deuer finished 12th with a distance of 44.50m while Dylan Woods-Tomczak finished 17th with a throw of 38.49m.
