Women's Volleyball Releases 2023 Schedule

NEWARK, NJ | The Rutgers University-Newark women's volleyball program has released its 2023 schedule.

The Scarlet Raiders get ready for an ace of a season under new head coach Sovanny Kon when they begin on Saturday, September 2 when they participate in the Cedar Crest trimatch. Rutgers-Newark will have its home opener on Thursday, September 7 when they host Farmingdale at 6:00 pm.

After a pair of away matches, the Scarlet Raiders will host its first of three tri matches in the month of September against Keystone and Valley Forge. The women will open their NJAC schedule against New Jersey City University at 7:00 pm in Jersey City, NJ. Following that the Scarlet Raiders will have seven straight home matches one of which is against NJAC opponents Kean University on Thursday, September 28.

With a packed home schedule in September, the Scarlet Raiders will hit the road in October. In October the Scarlet Raiders will play in the Golden Dome just three times and will close out their season on November 2 when they take on John Jay.
