MILTON, N.Y. — Rutgers-Newark cross country closed out its 2025 campaign on Saturday at the ECAC Championships, with the men placing sixth overall behind an average team time of 37:45.

Leading the Scarlet Raiders was Carlos Delgado Gonzales, who finished 22nd overall with a time of 33:33.9 to pace the men in their final race of the fall.

On the women's side, Rutgers-Newark did not have enough runners to register a team score, but still turned in strong individual efforts. Angelyna Rodriguez placed 39th with a time of 43:15.1, followed closely by Morgan Mackes in 40th at 34:15.4.
