Biography

SOPHOMORE (2011):  Went 2-7 in singles play and 1-8 in doubles... played singles on first through fourth flights and doubles on the top two flights... capped season with a top-flight singles win and a top-flight doubles victory against City Tech (4/28/11)... notched a three-set singles win on the No. 3 court against Brooklyn College (3/24/11).

FRESHMAN (2010): Played in all nine matches in both singles and doubles... played from flight one to the fourth in singles, posting a 2-6 record... won top-flight singles and first-flight doubles matches against City Tech to help Raiders to win in final contest of the year.

HIGH SCHOOL: Three-year letterman at Kearny HS… member of the National Honor Society.

PERSONAL: An academic sophomore who is in his first season over intercollegiate tennis… majoring in accounting… son of Mei and David Cheung… has an older sister, Christina.
