JUNIOR (2013-14): INDOOR T&F: Competed in only three early-season meets because of leg injuries… clocked a 2:58.97 in the 800-meter run and a 6:43.77 in the mile run at the Gotham Cup (1/10/14)… ran a 13:09.17 in the 3000-meter run at the Ramapo Indoor Select (1/18/14). OUTDOOR T&F: Did not compete. CROSS COUNTRY: Figured in the team scoring in all six meets in which she competed… top R-N finisher in the NCAA Atlantic Regional (11/16/13) in a personal-best 6-K time of 27:27… second on R-N team at the CTC Championships (10/19/13) in 28:59 on the 6-K course… notched a season’s best 5-K time of 25:14.15 at the Belmont Classic (9/28/13).

PROFILE OF THE WEEK (February 2014)

SOPHOMORE (2012-13): OUTDOOR T&F: Competed in the 800-meter run… posted a personal best of 2:56.29 at the NJAC Outdoor Championships. INDOOR T&F: Ran the 800 and 3000… posted a best time of 2:49.56 in the 800 at the NJAC Indoor Championships (2/22/13)… ran a personal-best time of 13:13.92 in the 3000 at the CTC Relay Carnival (12/2/13). CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in all seven Raider meets, lowering her personal best at the 6K distance twice… capped the year with a personal-best of 29:26.8 in the 6K at the NCAA Atlantic Regional (11/10/12)… ran a season’s best time in the 5K of 25:12.60 at the Roadrunner Invitational (9/21/12).

FRESHMAN (2011-12): CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in all seven Raider meets, lowering her time at each distance in each ensuing meet… finished third or better in the R-N team scoring in every meet… capped season by clocking a personal best 30:17.40 in the 6K at the NCAA Atlantic Regional (11/12/11)… ran a 24:46.73 time in the 5K at the CTC Championship (10/15/11). INDOOR T&F: Competed in the 800-meter run in three meets.

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in softball as a sophomore and junior at Freehold Boro HS but did not compete in cross country or track & field for the Colonials.

PERSONAL: Majoring in criminal justice at R-N… daughter of Kathy and Frank Krause… has one older brother (Tom) and two younger brothers (Kevin and Michael).
