Tommy enters his first season with the Scarlet Raiders after holding a number of coaching positions in New Jersey. Most recently, he was the head pitching coach for the Jersey Pilots of the Atlantic Collegiate Baseball League. Giunta currently works for NJ Dugout where he gives group and individual pitching lessons.
Before his coaching days, Giunta attended Brookdale Community College where he was among the top-10 pitchers in the country by ERA. After earning an associate's degree in Education, Giunta finished his collegiate pitching career at Felician University while also competing on the golf team.
Giunta received his bachelor's degree in Behavioral Social Science before heading to play professional ball in New Mexico with the White Sands Pupfish of the Pecos League.
Prior to his college career, Giunta was a three-year varsity standout at Marlboro High School.
