Rutgers-Newark Athletics

SENIOR (2011):  Started in 10 games while playing in 17 for the 13-8-3 Raiders who took the ECAC Metro Championship playoff crown… key defending as the Raiders gave up just one goal in 290 minutes in their three ECAC Metro tournament matches… part of a defensive unit which allowed just 1.29 goals per game.

JUNIOR (2010): Honorable Mention All-NJAC… played in 18 matches with 16 starting assignments for the 12-9-1 Raiders…. helped R-N post four shutouts… was a key factor as the Raiders out shot their opponents 452-285.

SOPHOMORE (2009): Started in 15 of the 19 matches in which he appeared, helping the 13-6-4 Raiders earn NJAC and ECAC Metro Championship Tournament berths… played on R-N defense which limited opponents to just 0.90 goals, 9.6 shots and 3.7 shots on goal per match.

FRESHMAN (2008): Started in nine of the 19 matches that he played in to help R-N to its first ECAC Metro Championship title contest... helped Raiders post a 1.28 goals against average for the season...collected an assist on R-N’s only goal in a 3-1 loss to New Paltz (9/6/08) in the Scarlet Raider Soccer Classic. 

HIGH SCHOOL: An all-state, all-area and All-Northern Hills Conference selection at West Orange HS... helped Mountaineers to a 24-1 record and a sweep of state, conference and county titles as a junior... senior squad went 12-9-2, reaching the sectional championship match... an honor roll student.

PERSONAL: Joined older brother and All-NJAC sweeper Luis (2006-09) on the Scarlet Raider defensive side... the middle of three brothers... plans to major in business management at Rutgers-Newark.
