Darius Holmes chose Rutgers University-Newark as his academic and athletic home. Pursuing a major in Public & Non-Profit Administration, Darius is a versatile player who excels in both defense and midfield roles. Standing at 5'10 and weighing 155 pounds, he's a dynamic presence on the field. A graduate of Jose Marti STEM Academy, Darius's interests extend beyond soccer. He enjoys cutting hair and playing basketball in his free time. His movie of choice is "Scarface," and he looks up to the skills of Wilfried Zaha in the world of sports. For Darius, the allure of Rutgers University-Newark lies in its proximity to home, and he aims to be remembered for his greatness on and off the field by his coaches and teammates.
