NOTES: Three-year defensive starter for the winningest group of seniors in Raider history (56-31-6)… helped R-N to three ECAC Metro playoffs and an NCAA D-III tournament.
 
SENIOR (2013): Cornerstone defender for Scarlet Raider team which finished 17-6-1, reached the NJAC Championship match for the first time in program history and earned the program’s first NCAA Championship at-large berth…  started in 20 of 22 matches in which he appeared… helped Raiders give up just 1.30 goals per match while posting six shutouts.

PROFILE OF THE WEEK (Sept. 19, 2012)

JUNIOR (2012): NJAC Defensive Player of the Week (9/9)… Scarlet Raider Soccer Classic MVP… started in 20 of the 22 matches in which he played… cornerstone of Raider defense which limited opponents to 1.02 goals per match while registering eight shutouts… ranked fourth on squad in goals (4) and points (9)… netted a pair of game-winning goals… opened season with the game-winning goal in a 2-0 win over Widener (8/31)… scored the game-winning goal in a 2-1 victory over Old Westbury (10/8)… scored a goal in each match of the Scarlet Raider Soccer Classic in wins over York NY (9/8), 4-0, and Hunter (9/9), 4-0, as R-N took the team title… posted an assist in a 2-0 win over FDU-Florham (10/3).

SOPHOMORE (2011): Started in 21 of the 22 matches that he played in for the 13-8-3 Raiders who took the ECAC Metro Championship tournament crown… a defensive standout who helped R-N allow just 1.29 goals per game… took seven shots on the year, putting shots on goal against Merchant Marine (9/7/11), Ramapo (9/23/11) and St. Joseph’s LI (11/9/11).

FRESHMAN (2010): Played in 17 matches with 10 starting assignments for the 12-9-1 Raiders… helped team post five shutouts…notched three points with a goal and an assist… was a key factor as the Raiders out shot their opponents 452-285… netted a goal in a 4-0 win over Berkeley (11/3)… contributed an assist in an 8-0 win over Purchase (9/9).

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterman in both soccer and baseball at Plainfield HS… helped Cardinals to a Union Conference championship during his sophomore season in soccer… played club soccer this past year.

PERSONAL: Born in the Dominican Republic… son of Mercedes Santana and Rafael Rosario.
