Rutgers-Newark Athletics

SENIOR (2011):  Played in 16 matches with six starting assignments for the 13-8-3 Raiders who won the ECAC Metro Championship playoffs… started all three matches as a defender in the ECAC playoffs as the team allowed just one goal in 290 minutes… assisted on the Raiders’ lone goal in a 1-1 double-overtime stalemate with William Paterson (11/13/11) in the ECAC Metro title match which set up a 3-1 shootout victory for the Raiders… assisted on the opening goal in a 2-1 win over Redlands (9/3/11)... put two of his six shots on goal.

JUNIOR (2010): Played in 19 matches with nine starting assignments for the 12-9-1 Raiders… tallied four points with a goal and two assists… put five of his 10 shots on goal… assisted on the lone goal in a 1-0 win over Old Westbury (11/10) in the opening round of the ECAC Metro/Upstate New York Championship tournament… netted the Raiders’ lone goal in a 6-1 loss to North Carolina Wesleyan (9/4)… notched an assist in a 5-1 win over York NY (10/18).

SOPHOMORE (2009): Saw action in 14 matches, earning six starting assignments for the 13-6-4 Raiders… totaled four points on a goal and two assists… put four of his six shots on goal… netted a goal in a 7-0 win over Staten Island (10/5/09)… assisted on the Raiders’ lone goal in a 2-1 loss to Ramapo (9/19/09)…chipped in an assist in a 4-1 win over Mount St. Mary (10/26/09).

FRESHMAN (2008): Solid defender who flashed skills in the midfield as a key rookie on the Raiders’ ECAC Metro Championship finalist squad... started in six of the 19 matches that he played in... led all freshmen with six assists, ranking second on the team behind the record-tying 10-assist out put of sophomore Robert Campos... put 71.4% (5-7) of his shots on goal... posted two assists in the 6-1 win over Baruch (11/12/08) in the opening round of the ECAC Metro Championship tournament... also had a pair of assists in an 8-0 romp over Mount St. Vincent (9/15/08)... assisted on the Raiders’ lone goal in a 2-1 loss to TCNJ (10/29/08)... also had an assist in the 5-0 victory over Staten Island (10/6/08). 

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year starter at Cherry Hill East HS, helping the Cougars to two state playoff berths... also lettered in lacrosse as a sophomore.

PERSONAL: Plans to major in psychology at Rutgers-Newark... has one older sister.
