Biography
FRESHMAN (2013-14): OUTDOOR T&F: Competed in the high and intermediate hurdles… clocked a season’s best of 18.31 in the 110-meter hurdles at the Shamrock Invitational (3/21/14)… ran a season’s best of 1:04.62 in the 400-meter hurdles twice – at Roadrunner Invitational (4/5/14) and at CTC Outdoor Championships (4/19/14). INDOOR T&F: Competed primarily in the hurdles and the 500-meter dash… posted a season’s best 9.84 in the 60-meter hurdles at the Ramapo Select Meet (1/18/14)… clocked a 9.25 in the 55-meter hurdles at the DeSchriver Invitational (2/2/14)… ran a season’s best 1:17.74 in the 500 dash at the DeSchriver Invitational (2/2/14)… also notched a 25.83 in the 200-meter dash at the NJAC Championships (3/1/14) in his only try at the distance… competed as a member of 4 x 400-meter relay team.
HIGH SCHOOL: Three-year letterwinner in track & field at Union Catholic HS… Honor Roll student.
PERSONAL: Plans to major in nursing at R-N… son of Barrington and Carol Palmer… has two sisters (Kesha and Annemarie).
