JUNIOR (2013-14): OUTDOOR T&F: Set R-N records in the 3000, 5000 and 10,000-meter runs… finished fifth at the NJAC Championships (5/3/14) in the 10,000 in an R-N record time of 34:04.17 in his only try at the distance to erase Rolland Ying’s standard of 25:34.87 set at the same meet in 2011… clocked an R-N record time of 16:26.16 in the 5000 at the CTC Championships (4/19/14), breaking the school mark of 16:34.95 set by Tchaz Amevor in 2011… set 3000 R-N record at 9:28.78 in the NJ Invitational (4/12/14). INDOOR T&F: Set R-N records in the 3000 and 5000-meter runs while earning All-NJAC second team honors as a member of the Raiders’ distance medley team… posted two fastest times in program history in both the 3000 and 5000… clocked a 15:56.28 in the 5000 at the DeSchriver Invitational (2/2/14) to break his own R-N record… ran a 9:14.48 in the 3000 at the NYU Team Challenge (1/24/14) to erase his own week-old R-N mark in the event… turned in anchor leg on distance medley unit which finished second in the NJAC Championships (3/1/14) in 10:38.93… helped distance medley foursome place second in CTC Championships (2/18/14) in 10:47.31… clocked a season’s best of 2:05.21 in the 800-meter run at the Molloy Lions Invitational (2/14/14)… posted a season’s best 4:34.35 in the mile run at the NYU Team Challenge (1/24/14) in his only try at the distance… ran a 2:55.03 in the 1000-meter run at the Gotham Cup (1/10/14) in his only effort at the distance.

FRESHMAN-SOPHOMORE (2011-2013): Competed in two seasons of cross country at East Stroudsburg University.

HIGH SCHOOL: MVP for both the cross country and track teams at Dumont HS… earned four letters in each sport for the Huskies.

PERSONAL: Transferred to Rutgers-Newark in the spring of 2014… majoring in finance at R-N… son of Christine and Brian Gormley… has a younger sister (Shannon).
