Rutgers-Newark Athletics

During his time at Rutgers University-Newark, he played a crucial role in the team's NCAA run, showcasing his exceptional skills and leadership. In recognition of his stellar performance, Arvind was named the 2022 NJAC Player of the Year, a testament to his prowess on the volleyball court.

Arvind's leadership extends beyond his collegiate career; as Team Captain at Southern High School, he led the team to the State Championship match during his senior year, demonstrating his ability to inspire and guide his teammates to success. Post-graduation, Arvind continued his involvement with the sport, working closely with the Varsity Team. Under his guidance, the team consistently achieved high rankings in the state, focusing on individual player development to nurture talent.

In addition to his hands-on coaching experience, Arvind Dankhad has also dedicated time to coaching at Great American Volleyball (GAV), further contributing to the growth and development of volleyball enthusiasts. His commitment to the sport, both as a player and a coach, underscores Arvind's passion for volleyball and his desire to positively impact the next generation of players.
