Matvei Nikishin is an accomplished individual with a strong background in volleyball, currently serving as the Social Media Manager for CJVA (Central Jersey Volleyball Academy). Before joining CJVA, Matvei worked as an Assistant Coach at Warren Sixpack, collaborating with the head coach to develop game strategies and enhance player skills. During his summers, he dedicated his time to mentoring budding beach volleyball enthusiasts as an Instructor at Great American Volleyball.

Apart from his coaching and mentoring roles, Matvei is actively involved in managing the team's Instagram, showcasing his skills in the realm of social media. On the volleyball court, he has earned several prestigious accolades, including being named eight times NJAC Defensive Player of the Week and twice as CVC Libero of the Year. His leadership qualities are evident through being selected as Team Captain twice, highlighting his ability to inspire and guide his teammates. Matvei Nikishin brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the volleyball community.
