Biography
NOTES: Record-setting sprinter in track & field… qualified for ECAC Indoor Championships in the 55 and 200, setting R-N records in the 55 and 60 as a freshman… qualified for the ECAC Outdoor Championships in the 100 and 200, setting Raider records in each event as a rookie.
FRESHMAN (2009): Competed in four cross country races as a frosh, figuring in the team scoring in each event… opened season with a personal-best time of 29:14.09 in the 5K at the University of Delaware Invitational (9/19)… ran a 34:46.97 6K at the Stevens Invitational (9/25).
HIGH SCHOOL: 2008 Female Athlete of the Year at Immaculate Conception HS where she was indoor and outdoor track as well as cheerleading team MVP as a senior… 2007 Female Runner of the Year for the Lions as well as the Coaches Award winner in cheerleading.
PERSONAL: Academic sophomore who is in her first year of intercollegiate competition… daughter of Jestina and Albert Nah… has an older brother, Eric, and a younger sister, Rardnina.
