SENIOR (2013-14): OUTDOOR T&F: Lowered he own R-N record in a 100-meter hurdles… ran 17.84 in the 100 hurdles at the Roadrunner Invitational (4/5/14) for a new program record… ran a season’s best time of 1:14.72 in the 400-meter hurdles… also competed as a member of 4 x 400 and 4 x 800-meter relay units. INDOOR T&F: Clocked a season’s best of 10.61 in the 60-meter hurdles at the Yale Season Opener (12/7/13) while competing in seven meets… also competed in the 4 x 400-meter relay. CROSS COUNTRY: Figured in the team scoring in all six of the meets in which she competed… clocked a personal best of 29:09 in the 6-K at the CTC Championships (10/19/13)… lowered her time in the 5-K for three straight meets finishing with a personal best clocking of 26:10.42 at the Northern Grey Classic (10/5/13).

SOPHOMORE (2012-13): OUTDOOR T&F: Set R-N record in the 100-meter hurdles and posted four top 10 program times in the 400-meter hurdles… clocked a school-record time of 17.98 in the 100 hurdles at the Roadrunner Invitational (4/6/13)… started season with a 17.99 clocking at the “Jet” Johnson Bulldog Relays (3/22/13)… clocked a 1:12.37 time in the 400-meter hurdles at the NJAC Outdoor Championships (5/5/13). INDOOR T&F: Clocked a season’s best time of 10.60 in the 60-meter hurdles at the Collegeville Classic (1/18/13)… posted a time of 10.10 in her only race in the 55-meter hurdles at the DeSchriver Invitational (2/2/13). CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in four meets… posted a career best 6K time of 30:31.9 at the NCAA Atlantic Regionals (11/10/12).

SOPHOMORE (2011-12):  Did not compete.

FRESHMAN (2010-11): INDOOR T&F: Became the first Scarlet Raider woman to compete in the 55-meter and 60-meter hurdles while also competing in the 500, 400 and 200-meter dashes… set R-N record of 9.84 seconds in the 55-meter hurdles at the NJAC Indoor Championships (2/30/11)… posted R-N record of 10.25 seconds in the 60-meter hurdles at the Gotham Cup (1/14/11)… is the only Raider woman to ever compete in the 500 owning the R-N record with a time of 1:35.36 set at the Metro Coaches Invitational (1/7/11). OUTDOOR T&F: Competed in the 200 and 400-meter dashes… clocked a personal best of 29.82 in the 200 at the Lions Invitational (4/30/11)… ran a 1:10.61 time in the 400 at the NJAC Outdoor Championships (5/7/11). CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five cross country meets for the Raiders… top R-N finisher in the Stevens 4K Run to begin her career… second or third finisher on team in other four meets.

HIGH SCHOOL: Two-sport letterwinner in soccer and track at Roselle Catholic HS… earned school’s Carl Matthes Award for dedication, sportsmanship and perseverance… earned three letters in track… four-year letterwinner in soccer for the Lions.

PERSONAL: Completed her bachelor's degree in criminal justice at RUN in the spring of 2014... competing as a graduate student in 2014-15… born in Brooklyn, NY.
