Anthony Perez joined the Rutgers-Newark staff for the 2024 season and is currently pursuing a degree in Exercise Science. With three years of coaching experience as a volunteer assistant at Stroudsburg High School, Anthony has honed his skills both on and off the court. An accomplished volleyball player, Anthony has competed in indoor volleyball for six years and beach/grass volleyball for three years, participating in prestigious national-level tournaments with organizations like GAV, NAGVA, USAV, VBLI, and AVP. Currently working as a physical therapist aide, Anthony is also on the path to becoming a certified personal trainer and a Physical Therapy assistant.
