Christine Dolle adds more than another instructor’s skills to the Rutgers-Newark volleyball staff. A full-time public school psychologist, she knows her way around addressing issues both on and off the court for the Scarlet Raiders players.
She joined the Raider coaching staff in August, bringing a playing background which includes four years at Albright College. Dolle co-captained the Lions in her senior year.
She was a four-year letterwinner at Nativity B.V.M. High School in her hometown of Pottsville, PA.
Dolle earned a double major in marketing and psychology from Albright in 1992. She added a master’s degree in educational psychology with a school psychologist certification in 1996.
She is in her third year as a school psychologist for the West Orange Public Schools System working at Roosevelt Middle School and St. Cloud Elementary School.
Dolle also served as boy’s and girl's track & field coach for Halsted Middle School in Newton for five years, helping the boy's team to a second-place finish in the county meet in 2005.
