HIGH SCHOOL: Two-time all-district honorable mention selection while lettering three times at Fossil Ridge HS... team MVP as a senior while leading area in aces as squad went 13-4... Panthers had a combined record of 36-15 during her three seasons... also soccer team MVP while lettering three times each in soccer and cross country... named to academic all-district team four times.

PERSONAL: Has played for three seasons with the Tejas Volleyball Club, serving as team captain... joins sophomore Nazly Hazanizadeh as Texans on the Scarlet Raider roster... has one older brother, Josh... father, Jefre, played tennis at the University of Florida in the early 1980's... plans to pursue degree in education at Rutgers-Newark.
