Senior middle blocker
Rachel Witt paced the Scarlet Raiders with 45 points on 33 kills, seven aces, four solo blocks and two assisted blocks on the day while senior right side
Stephanie Touzan totaled 30 points on 17 kills, a team-high nine aces, three solo blocks and two assisted blocks.
Junior outside hitter
Ula Nieznalska contributed 23 kills, two aces, a pair of solo blocks and an assisted block while junior setter
Jen Mendoza notched 74 assists, six aces and a team-high 35 digs.
In her first day on the Raider volleyball roster, sophomore
Sharee Gordon registered a team-high seven solo blocks while hammering down seven kills.
Rutgers-Newark hosts Hunter College on Monday in a non-conference match before getting back to New Jersey Athletic Conference competition against Rowan in The Golden Dome on Tuesday. First serve for both matches is set for 7 p.m.
