DANBURY, CT – Rutgers University-Newark will host the College of New Rochelle in the opening round of the ECAC Metro/Upstate Championship Tournament on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. in The Golden Dome Arena.

The Scarlet Raiders (16-11), who return to the ECAC playoffs after a one-year absence, will battle New Rochelle (25-7) for the right to advance to Sunday's semifinals and championship at second-seeded Alfred State.
 
Wednesday's winner takes on top-seeded Ramapo College at 11 a.m. on Sunday while second-seeded Ithaca faces host Alfred State at 1:30 p.m.  The winners will play the title match at 4 p.m. in the Orvis Activities Center.
