Anthony Perconte delivered the big blow in the form of a three-run double, driving in sophomore
Ryan Zucker (1B), senior
Josh Cote (1B) and junior

Boulineau tripled in junior

After giving up two runs in the seventh, Rosoline sent down the side in order in the eighth and worked around a one-out single in the ninth to clinch the triumph.
The Rutgers-Newark offense pounded out 10 hits in the game. Cote went 3-for-4 with an RBI and run scored, and Zucker was 2-for-5 with a run. Perconte was 1-for-2 with three RBI and a walk, while Boulineau was 1-for-3 with two runs, an RBI and a walk. Tricarico, Marks and Ball all had a hit and a run batted in.
