NEWARK, N.J. (February 13, 2018) – The Rutgers University-Newark men's and women's basketball teams will honor their seniors Wednesday night in The Golden Dome.
 
Rutgers-Newark will square off with New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) rival The College of New Jersey in the 2017-18 finale for both the Scarlet Raider men and women, and prior to both games, an on-court ceremony will take place for those Scarlet Raiders competing for the final time in The Dome.
 
The women's ceremony will begin at approximately 5:45 p.m. and will honor forwards Nikki Sammartino and Nicole Skelly, while the men's ceremony honoring center Dave Lunsford, guard Emmanuel Kema, center Kenya Brown and guard Erick Loften-Harris is slated for a 7:45 p.m. start.
 
Tip-off of both games will immediately follow the ceremonies, and fans unable to make it to The Golden Dome can tune in live at www.rutgersnewarkathletics.com/watch.
