Newark, NJ – Rutgers–Newark men's and women's basketball will host Rutgers–Camden for a Blackout Game doubleheader on Wednesday, January 21 inside the Golden Dome.

Fans are encouraged to wear black and help create a high-energy atmosphere as the Scarlet Raiders take on their conference rivals on their home floor.

Admission is free with a Rutgers ID, and the first 400 attendees will receive free Blackout t-shirts.

Throughout the night, fans will have the chance to win prizes with two raffles held during the women's game and two raffles during the men's game, taking place at halftime and at the end of the contest. Fans must be present at the beginning of each game to be eligible for that game's raffles.

The evening will also feature halftime performances by the Rutgers–Newark Cheer Team and Rutgers–Newark Dance Team. Raider the Fox will be on hand throughout the night, giving fans the opportunity to take pictures and interact with the Scarlet Raiders' mascot.

Rutgers–Newark looks to defend the Golden Dome and make it a night to remember as both teams square off against Rutgers–Camden in front of a Blackout crowd.
