Biography
NOTES: Three-year regular on the attack... on pace to finish among the top 10 scorers in Rutgers-Newark history... notched 21 points in 2005, tied for tenth all-time on the Scarlet Raiders’ single-season list… currently ranks fifth all-time in points (45) and goals (18) and seventh in assists (9)… All-NJAC Honorable mention last season.
JUNIOR (2007): Started 12 matches for the Scarlet Raiders en route to an All-NJAC Honorable mention… ranked second on the team in goals with six… scored her fourth game-winning goal in three seasons in a win over CCNY (9/5/08)… tallied a goal and an assist in a 9-0 win over Medgar Evers (9/8/07)… netted a pair of goals in a 3-1 win over New Jersey City University (10/10/07).
SOPHOMORE (2006): Started in 18 of the 19 matches for the Scarlet Raiders… scored five goals… netted the game-winning goal against New Jersey City (10/11/06)… tallied the game-winning goal and added an assist against St. Elizabeth (9/8/06)… also had the lone goal against The College of New Jersey (9/30/06) which snapped a seven-match shutout streak by the Lions.
FRESHMAN (2005): Led Rutgers-Newark in assists (7) and was second in goals (7) and points (21) while starting all 18 matches as a rookie... netted game-winning goal against Staten Island (9/14/05)... put an even 50% of her 52 shots on goal... had career-high six points on two goals and two assists in win over St. Joseph's of Vermont (9/11/05)... also had two assists in career-opener against Philadelphia Biblical (9/2/05) and Alvernia (10/20/05)... had four points against Alvernia (10/20/05) with a goal and two assists... posted a goal and an assist against New Jersey City (10/1/05)... also scored goals against DeSales (10/5/05) and William Paterson (10/16/05).
HIGH SCHOOL: Helped Scotch Plains-Fanwood HS to back-to-back conference titles as a junior and senior...second-team all-county as a senior as Raiders went 17-3-2, reaching the state semifinals...also ran track as a junior.
PERSONAL: Plans to major in psychology at Rutgers-Newark.
